I am writing to commend Channel 4 for airing Gaza: Doctors Under Attack, a documentary that bravely exposes the brutal targeting of Palestinian medical workers under Israeli bombardment. At a time when many broadcasters—most notably the BBC—chose to shelve this vital film, your decision upheld the core journalistic duty to bear witness.

By platforming firsthand accounts from frontline doctors, Channel 4 resisted the widespread media pattern of erasing Palestinian suffering or framing atrocities as military necessity. Your coverage offered rare, honest insight into the reality of genocide, breaking the silence that too often shields power from accountability.

We urgently need more UK media outlets that prioritise truth over political pressure. I urge Channel 4 to continue broadcasting work that centres Palestinian voices and documents war crimes with clarity and courage.
